Fans who have seen her perform live are sold that some of the photos on the internet might be heavily altered to give rise to the Britney Spears plastic surgery rumours.

Britney Spears also mentioned that perhaps the Shiseido Face Wash plus moisturiser do wonders for her skin. There were reports that Dr Kanodia does some “fun stuff” by applying a special face-care product on her face, producing the stunning youthful look she has. The special face care product is supposed to eliminate the lines around Britney’s eyes and make her cheekbones lifted and her jawline more defined. Overall, the effect also helps in making Britney’s neck thinner.

But we wonder why this special product is never offered to the public.
