Kathy Griffin Admitted to Plastic Surgery Procedures

Popular two time Emmy winning comedian, Kathy Griffin, is no stranger to plastic surgery. Kathy has been open about the plastic surgeries she had and even said “I’ve had a face lift, eye job and all that stuff. It didn’t help me one bit. It didn’t get me happier or make me look particularly younger”

Or did it?

With her success, there is increased pressure of looking good in front of the camera. Kathy Griffin also appeared as a guest in some television shows. As such, just like any other woman, Kathy wanted to look better than her natural self and opted for some cosmetic surgical enhancements.

What Plastic Surgeries did Kathy Griffin Undergo?

Kathy Griffin left everyone guessing what were the other procedures when she said she had the face lift, eye job and “all the other stuff”. But looking at her before and after pictures, we can see that she had her wrinkles pretty straightened out. To achieve this, she either used Botox or dermal fillers.

Kathy Griffin also has an incredible glowing face with lots of enthusiasm. She looks attentive all the time and that led to the suspicion that she underwent facelift procedures , brow lifting and chemical peels. These procedures probably add to her everlasting beauty.

However, as you can see above, Kathy Griffin sports a very slim and smooth figure. But this was not always the case. One of her first plastic surgeries was liposuction, which is the removal of excess fat from under the skin using suction. She had the operation in 1999 and experienced serious complications that were “near fatal”. She underwent liposuction just to fulfil her dream to look like Jennifer Aniston. But it ended up almost fatal.

It was so bad that after the plastic surgery, Kathy got some toxic substances that needed to be cleared. She had to wear a catheter for one week.

In People Magazine, Kathy Griffin admitted having her nose done because it was too big. Looking at the before and after photos, the plastic surgeon has done a commendable job.

Kathy Griffin also revealed during the interview that she underwent brow lift to get rid of the skin above her eye lids. Together with that, she also admitted to having some dentistry done to her teeth. Chemical peels were also used to remove spots on her skin.

In June 2012, Kathy Griffin vehemently denied plastic surgery. She tweeted “I SWEAR I haven’t had anything in YEARS! Promise.No Botox, fillers NUTHIN!”

How can we believe her when she admitted to so many plastic surgeries before? There are some inconsistencies that no one will be able to reconcile, unless she attends another Talk Show to talk about them.
