Tamar Braxton, the younger sister of Toni Braxton, is widely speculated to have undergone the knife. However, it is not fair to assume that Tamar has undergone such extensive procedures before checking out her before and after photos.
Tamar Braxton is an American singer, television personality and actress. One of the greatest achievements in music is the founding of the R&B group The Braxtons, which included her sister Toni Braxton. In 2011, Tamar had her biggest break on television when she starred in a series called Braxton Family Values. It was so successful that it ranked Number 1 on WE tv. Tamar is currently married to Vincent Herbert and has a boy Logan Vincent Herbert, born in 2013.
With her many roles in the entertainment industry, coupled with motherhood, it is no surprise that Tamar Braxton has to take better care of her appearance. Tamar has expressed that nose jobs are not a vanity process but rather a necessity for her family members. “So I’ve had a couple surgeries,” Braxton told OverIt.com. “The first time they put an implant in and I had to have it removed- so eventually they took some cartilage from my ear and put it in my nose. Oh that hurt!”
Nose jobs are one of the most delicate plastic surgeries. Any wrong adjustments will cause a major imbalance on the face. Just think of Michael Jackson. However, for Tamar Braxton, looks like she found a skilled plastic surgeon to perform the surgery. Her nose seems delicately balanced with her other facial features.
According to Tamar, she was born without cartilage in her nose, which is a rather rare condition. The condition can lead to breathing problems as one grows older into adulthood. It can also cause sudden loss of breath and extensive snoring issues. Thus, there was a need for Tamar to undergo the nose job.
If you look at the before and after photos, Tamar had a flatter and more bulbous nose. One of the most desired nose shape is a more pointed nose. Flat nose bridges is a no-no for many Hollywood celebrities. Tamar’s current nose look sharper, but not too sharp. She knows what she wants and her plastic surgeon has definitely done a great job in shaping her nose.

Another popular speculation about Tamar Braxton plastic surgery is the use of cheek fillers. Some say that Tamar has amazing lifted cheeks. Such amazing cheeks, according to some fans, cannot be the outcome of nature. They might have a point in case. However, it is also not uncommon for some people to have natural well defined cheeks. And if you look at the older photos of Tamar Braxton, her smiles are often consistent, with lifted cheeks all the time. So it is still a debate whether Tamar Braxton actually used cheek fillers.
