Kourtney Kardashian has chosen to reveal the fact that she has undergone breast implants in 2011 in a TV show. Her admission of plastic surgery is different from Kim Kardashian who denies all cosmetic surgery claims. Kourtney admitted that she got her breast augmentation as a birthday gift for her 22^nd birthday.

She openly expressed her love for the boob job done and thus it is not a secret anymore.

But anything that is a implanted in a human body will always feel unnatural. In 2014, Kourtney admitted that she feels her boobs are not part of her body whenever she lies down on her stomach. She still prefers them to be in their natural state.

Kourtney Kardashian is believed to have rhinoplasty or nose job done to have a narrower, smaller and pointed nose. Dr Paul Nassif, a specialist in reconstructive surgery and rhinoplasty, observes that Kourtney Kardashian might have undergone surgery to enhance her nose shape. The nose job was not overdone and it looks perfect on Kourtney.

Overall, Kourtney Kardashian has not gone wrong with her plastic surgery procedures. She still looks natural and beautiful. Amongst her sisters, we believe she has the best result from the surgeries. When you look at Kourtney Kardashian before plastic surgery, there is not a lot of changes.
