Her present nose looks sharper and more defined. However, due to so ever slight difference, there is a chance that the effects came about as a result of good lighting or photo taking angle. Taking in account that most celebrities want their nose jobs to have a much obvious result, it is unlikely that Johnny Depp went for a nose job with such low expectations.
